RUDIMENTS
Each quarter note is 120 ticks (not to be confused with playing error "ticks") Most pre-defined rudiments were written with taps at a volume of 5 and accents at a volume of 8 Generally, flammed beats were also accented Grace notes have a volume of 3 as well as the little ruff in the two ratamacue rudiments You are NOT limited to these rudiments.
